Please read these terms before using Miswak.ro. This version of the site is informational and for preview; orders and online payments are not currently available. By browsing the site, you agree to the rules of use below. A sales order can be placed only after checkout is enabled and all mandatory commercial information is displayed.

Website operator

Products and information

Product descriptions, images and information are provided for general information. Images may be illustrative; the actual characteristics are those stated for the specific product before ordering and on its label. Miswak is intended for oral care; follow the product instructions and consult a dental professional for individual advice.

Products marked as demo or preview are not offers for sale. Commercial prices, taxes, availability and any other costs will be clearly shown before an order is submitted. Store prices are set in Romanian lei (RON).

Orders and payment

Checkout is currently inactive, and adding an item to the cart is not an order or sales contract. Once enabled, checkout will show the required details, available payment method, delivery cost and total before the order is confirmed. Cash on delivery is currently disabled. Card payment will be available only after the payment processor is connected and activated. The order and the point at which the contract is concluded will be confirmed by a message on a durable medium, as required by law.

Delivery, withdrawal and non-conforming products

Delivery areas, fees and estimated times will be shown before an order is placed. Consumer rights concerning withdrawal from distance contracts and damaged or non-conforming products are described in the Shipping and returns policy and are not limited by these terms. Statutory exceptions and conditions apply.

Customer accounts

If registration is enabled, provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and notifying us of unauthorised use of your account. Accounts may be used only lawfully and without compromising the security or operation of the site.

Use of the site and intellectual property

Do not attempt to access systems or accounts without authorisation, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code or use content unlawfully. Text, photographs, graphics and the Miswak.ro brand are protected by applicable law and may not be copied or reused commercially without the rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability and mandatory rights

We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Oral health information on the site does not replace a dental consultation.

Applicable law and disputes

Romanian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law. You may submit a complaint to the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or use legal dispute resolution mechanisms. Court jurisdiction is determined under mandatory consumer rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, services or law. The current version and its latest update date will be published on this page.
